Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization) collaborates with the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Thammasat University,

and the Research and Consultancy Institute of Thammasat University to organize a conference to gather feedback and invite participation in the development of professional standards and occupational qualifications, and to enhance understanding of the professional qualification system under the Professional Standards and Occupational Qualifications Development Project for Khon Mask Performers. The project aims to promote standardized professional qualifications that meet the needs of employers, are internationally recognized, and are suitable for Thailand, both domestically and internationally.

The conference then proceeded to gather feedback from the standards certification committee, comprising experts in Khon masks, including national artists, civil servants, qualified individuals, professors, academics, experienced Khon performers, and new-generation performers.

This conference was held on February 28, 2024, at the 7th-floor conference room of the Anake Prasong Building, Thammasat University, Tha Phra Chan, and online via the Zoom Meeting program.
